Felling like the 'Revolut' problem isn't just a Hungarian issue; it's a general problem across the banking industry. 'Old banks' are fighting everywhere against 'Revolut-like' banks. The situation is similar with credit cards. If you live in the Western world and you don't have a Mastercard or Visa, you can't really exist, and they charge you for many, many things. Meanwhile, in China, 10 years ago, all you needed was a WeChat account and a QR code, regardless of whether you were a private person or a business. Could it be done in our wolrd? Definitely yes! but I doubt Mastercard and Visa execs will be happy about it....
